Karen was really helpful even when I bought a bunch of flowers and she was about to head out at 5. I was amazed by how well they wrapped the flowers and treated me. Customer Service was great all around from cashier to floral.

⭐☆☆☆☆ | Disappointing and Uncomfortable Experience I’ve had multiple uncomfortable experiences at the Whole Foods Market Floral location. Every time my wife and I are at the checkout line, a young female employee repeatedly comes over and closely watches what we are scanning, standing right next to us and focusing only on our items while completely ignoring other customers. This behavior feels intrusive, degrading, and unfair. It makes us feel singled out and extremely uncomfortable. Shopping should not feel like we are being monitored or suspected of doing something wrong, especially when other customers are treated normally. Whole Foods is supposed to be a welcoming and respectful environment, but this repeated experience feels prejudiced and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this behavior and ensures that all customers are treated with the same level of respect and dignity.
